Roles & Responsibilities:

• To plan and implement training programs aimed at improving students’ employability skills.
• To coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
• To establish and maintain strong industry–institute relationships.
• To organize skill development programs, workshops, seminars, and mock interviews.
• To facilitate internships, industrial visits, and hands-on training opportunities.
• To guide students on career planning, resume building, and interview preparation.
• To collaborate with TASK and other agencies for training and placement initiatives.
• To maintain placement records and track student progression.
• To invite companies and recruiters for campus placements.
• To submit periodic reports on training and placement activities to the Principal.
