In order to ensure a fair, transparent, and effective mechanism for redressal of grievances of students, staff, and other stakeholders, the Grievance Redressal Committee is hereby constituted for the academic year:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To receive, examine and address grievances from students, faculty, and staff in a fair and timely manner.
• To ensure a transparent and unbiased redressal mechanism in line with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
• To maintain confidentiality of complaints and protect the interests of all parties involved.
• To conduct inquiries, if required and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• To ensure that grievances related to academic, administrative, and infrastructure issues are resolved efficiently.
• To promote awareness among stakeholders regarding grievance redressal procedures.
• To maintain proper records and documentation of all grievances received and actions taken.
• To suggest measures for prevention of recurring grievances and improvement of institutional practices.
• To submit periodic reports to the Principal on the nature of grievances and their resolution status.
