Bhaskar Pharmacy College was established in the Year 2007 by great visionary & educationalist Sri. J.Bhaskar Rao under J.B Educational Society. With in short span of time it became one of the well known colleges for its academic performance. This College is approved by PCI, New Delhi and affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. At present, the college offers four years B.Pharm. Course with annual intake of 100 students, Pharm.D course with 30 intake, Pharma.D (P.B) course with 10 intake and two years M.Pharm Course in 2 specializations namely Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology with an intake of 15 students in each branch.
I am very happy to inform you about the JNTUH Gold medal awarded to our student Ms.M.Manorama who scored top marks in all affiliated colleges of JNTUH during 2007-11. We also got two seminar grants of Rs. 5 lakhs and Rs. 1 lakh in the years 2019 and 2012 respectively.
We are continuously striving to enhance the research culture among both students and faculty members. To foster an environment of encouragement and motivation towards research activities, as well as to facilitate research linkages, we are in the process of establishing a robust Research and Development (R&D) center within our institute.
The students and faculty have been encouraged to participate in Technical Presentations, Guest Lectures, Workshops, Seminars and Conferences at National and International levels. During F.I.P (Federation of International Pharmacy) which was held in Hyderabad during, our college hosted about 30 foreign delegates for one day for college visit. Performance of our students in University examinations is excellent in present academic year in the final year Pharm D, B.Pharm & M.Pharm. Our students has scored above 80% of marks. With all the strong efforts of Management, Principal, Staff and Students, Bhaskar Pharmacy College is approved by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi till date.
