The library has a seating capacity of 100 users and follows an open access system, enabling readers to directly access book shelves and select the required books and reference materials independently.

The library possesses a rich collection of academic resources comprising 1,475 titles and 10,646 volumes related to pharmaceutical sciences and allied subjects. In addition, the library subscribes to 38 National and International print journals, along with access to approximately 390 online journals through digital resources and DELNET connectivity. The library also subscribes to 6 daily newspapers in both English and Telugu to keep users informed about current affairs and recent developments in healthcare, education, and pharmaceutical sciences.

The institution also maintains a Digital Library equipped with 10 computer systems connected with DELNET subscription access, enabling students and faculty members to utilize e-resources, online journals, and digital academic content. DELNET access credentials are also shared with students for remote access through mobile devices.

The library operations are automated using KOHA Library Management Software for issue, return, and cataloguing services. Bibliographical information of books and resources is made available through OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), facilitating easy search by author, title, subject, keyword, publisher, and call number.

A dedicated Drug Information Centre with digital connectivity is available to support academic and clinical information needs of students and staff. Resources such as Drug Today, The Monthly Medical Times, and medical directories are made available for accessing updated information related to healthcare management and pharmaceutical advancements.
