• To ensure fair access to academic and extracurricular opportunities for all students.
• To create awareness about constitutional rights, inclusivity and diversity.
• To address grievances related to discrimination and guide individuals to appropriate redressal mechanisms.
• To implement policies and initiatives supporting disadvantaged and underrepresented groups.
• To monitor institutional practices to ensure fairness and inclusiveness.
• To maintain records of activities and submit reports to the Principal.
